It's so unfortunate that nowadays people no longer settle common issues amicably without seeing the Law court as their plan "B" .
Whereas during the days of our four father's, some issues were settled traditionally even without going to court, and by the end of it all positive results were achieve.
It's quite sad.
Most people are still solving issues without a court, so your argument is an informal fallacy. And even if more people are using law to protect their rights, it's not like they wouldn't be punished if they make frivolous lawsuits.
And i have a feeling like you weren't around during that period, when people only solve everything traditionally, because those "positive" results were mainly working for the people who did something wrong. Unless they did something so unforgivable, that got them beaten up in an alley.
Also how do you solve anything with someone who don't see how they did anything wrong in the first place?
