It has come to my notice that 90% of all the decisions made or taken when one is angry is never a good one.

When one is upset or angry,it is encouraged that the person stay calm and try to control that moment because any actions or decisions taken at that point in time must be a negative one.

So many people who regrets their actions today are as a result of taking decisions when they are angry there by over reacting..

So bad.

Not at all. I have experienced it personally. I work in a large work place with hundreds of employee and about 40 different departments. A lot of assistant managers, supervisors and We always have factions and subfactions.
I work in the administrative department and resolving conflict is one of our tasks.
Almost all of time the employee had taken a decision when they are angry, they ended up in a worse place than they were. Its not that we punish them, we always let them chose where they want to go. And almost all of the time they regret the actions taken in anger.
