Please give advise, your experience, what exchange do you use to convert BTC or USDT to AED cash in Dubai.
If you mean to exchange BTC for cash AED in Dubai, then the only way that I know of is in person. I wouldn't suggest it for a lot of reasons.
If you mean to exchange BTC for AED and then withdraw them into your bank account, you can use any of the established exchangers that you can easily find by Googling them. You can also check
