True in most cases but I thought there was no bracket actually. According to the rules I read everyone would get a reseeding, so I actually didn't understand how that happened and therefore which bracket.
oh so was it reseeded in the end ? I honestly didnt even try to look at the bracket hence I got both USA and Sweden which was on the same bracket but that luckily leads me to another point
