It's so unfortunate that nowadays people no longer settle common issues amicably without seeing the Law court as their plan "B" .
Whereas during the days of our four father's, some issues were settled traditionally even without going to court, and by the end of it all positive results were achieve.
It's quite sad.
It's literally sad and that is because the understanding for both ends have been gone. The respect is no longer there and most people want to be respected but they don't know how to respect others. It's a fact that before when common issues have happen, it's either one of the involved people were saying sorry or apologies to one another and probably both have been giving their sorries. Now, I think many are treating themselves educated and that's why they'd say that they know the law, they know that they're right and they should bring it up to court for decide. Well, they've got money to spend for and the time to allot in hearings.
