This question is for those people holding $BTC and other huge crypto assets. if $BTC later reaches $1 million, will you retire from your work or still continue to work?
Asking this question because of what i saw in a friend portfolio and he claimed if it later reaches certain amount he will finally retire.
I currently don't own up to 1 bitcoin so I am not retiring even if the price of Bitcoin reaches $1 billion dollars, I will continue to work, and assuming that I even end up making over $1 million dollars from bitcoin (an amount of money enough for any to retire and enjoy their life) I still won't retire, I will continue to work because...
1. I am still very young and staying idle doing nothing will make life very boring for me.
2. My working isn't just for and about money, it's also about passion, doing something I find to be fun and love doing, the money I am making from it is no other than a reward.
So, in the nutshell, bitcoin price and me making a lot of profit won't cause me to retire, I will continue to work until I have no more strength to work before I finally retire.
