This season ended without a single trophy but at least with this can be used as a lesson in the end that Madrid must really prepare for the season well including in terms of schemes and players in the future so that things that happen later do not hamper Madrid's movement including the injuries that plagued them at the beginning of this season.

Next season we will see a new looking Real Madrid with fresh management and recruited players.
Luckily for them, they didn't finish the season with a defeat and they aren't that far from Barcelona in terms of points.
Otherwise Kylian Mbappe is topping the list of the best scorers and I doubt Lewandowski could reduce the 6 goals gap, so at least there is an achievement for Real Madrid this season..
Now back to European competitions, Real Betis gonna have a final UEFA Conference League against Chelsea next Wednesday and so far their results were bad in La Liga during the last 4 rounds.
I don't think there's anything about luck in this. Losing 4 times in a row in 4 matches in the same season for Madrid is clearly a condition that in the end I think is a little difficult to accept, especially with the loss of trophies including 3 trophies (La Liga, Copa del Rey and Spanish super Piapa) which in fact all lost to Barcelona even in the final, it is a condition that for me must be a reason to rise for Madrid.

Losing in a race in the current season may seem natural but losing to rivals in a row and giving the trophy to them is clearly a situation that can certainly spark a new competitive aura.
Xabi is now here and in the end we'll just have to see if the arrival of Xabi and some of the players signed now can be a good thing or if the transition will be the same situation as this season in the coming seasons.
