It's so unfortunate that nowadays people no longer settle common issues amicably without seeing the Law court as their plan "B" .
Whereas during the days of our four father's, some issues were settled traditionally even without going to court, and by the end of it all positive results were achieve.
It's quite sad.
To settle issues, it all depends on the parties that were involved, if the dispute goes amicable for settlement, then there's no need to go about escalating the matters arising, the traditional rulers can handle such with due diligence, but if reverse is the case, then it's more better to involve the interference of the security personnel like police to handle it more appropriately, this is to avoid being cheated or when the other party in the dispute is not cooperating, if things got worse from here as well, then the court of law is the best option and final remedy to fall back to.
