The crypto community is getting bigger on daily basis, new institutions, big investors and country leaders/government are taking into use Bitcoin and some other crypto currencies. Because the system is not centralized, there are still some people who are skeptical in investing.
Bitcoin spot ETFs are for those who don't want to register on centralized or decentralized exchange but still want to trade with Bitcoin. I think that some people are afraid to invest because there aren't Bitcoin ETFs approved in their country or they don't trust Binance and other exchanges because of how often hacks happen, how often they get bankrupt or close and how often they have problems with local regulatories.

Crypto Exchanges being the market place for buying and selling, do you think the Decentralized Exchange and Centralized Exchanges will be on an equal treatment or one with power will suppress the other as per government involvement in one and not in the other on the long run?

What are your thoughts on this?
Governments can control centralized exchanges but they can't control decentralized exchanges, so what do you mean in treatment? I think that governments will try to regulate centralized exchanges and will try to make DEX appear bad since DEX takes power from them.
