Xabi Alonso is about to start his new job soon. He has already sent his lists for the kind of players he would like to sign to Real Madrid as far as I know. If he applies an attacking game with high pressure successfully there too then we can watch a completely new Real Madrid next season.
But for now, Xabi's proven capacity at Leverkusen certainly makes this a very good thing in the end. Now the Club World Cup is one of the short-term proofs that Xabi must prepare for because after all this can be used as a momentum for building his chemistry with the club before actually playing in several competitions next season.
When it comes to chemistry I don't think it's going to be too much trouble for Xabi because in a way he already knows Madrid's habits, let alone the pressure because he's experienced it before as a player, although it's a bit different but I think he can still do it later.
