It would be cool if VIPs stood a chance to win physical gifts like laptops or new phones. Even invites to special events and crypto conferences would be attractive to certain types of players. I can see that Betfury is preparing to release exclusive VIP merchandise and branded items. Maybe electronic gadgets will be part of it or it could just be clothing items.
It's cool but if the team consider about such physical gifts, they also must consider about two options for users, participants and winners. First option is receiving physical gifts, while a second option is receiving gifts in bitcoin, cryptocurrencies or anything that can be better for anonymity and privacy of their users.

People who care about privacy and anonymity will not want to receive their awards in physical gifts.

Therefore giving participants and winners two options for award distributions can show their company actually care about their customers like "Customers first".

You don't have an account at Betfury do you? Those VIPs are going to be kycd for sure so the casino sending them a physical gift will not compromise their privacy in any way. These details are already in the casino's possession, and sending a parcel to their home address if they do it discreetly, as I'm sure Betfury will do, poses no risk.
As much as I agree with you completely, I still will support that other user that suggested that the casino provide options to those who are to receive physical gifts, some may choose to receive their gift in bitcoin's equivalent while some will choose to receive the physical item as it is, this options should be made available not because it has anything to do with user's privacy, but because its the right thing to do.

And to even mention, this strategy saves the casino some headache and expenses, like money they would have spend on shipping the item can be used for something else, and let's not forget that physical item also stand the chance of getting lost in transit, who will bear this if it happens? The casino or the gambler?
