Xabi Alonso is about to start his new job soon. He has already sent his lists for the kind of players he would like to sign to Real Madrid as far as I know. If he applies an attacking game with high pressure successfully there too then we can watch a completely new Real Madrid next season.
Xabi Alonso has been a successful manager at Bayern Leverkusen and he knows the kind of players that can be suitable for him hence the reason why he already gave lists of the players he wants Madrid to sign that will equally give him what he wants on the pitch of play. He won't find it difficult to blend with Madrid players since they have a very quality squad so he can possibly bring trophies to Madrid next season.

By the way Erik ten Hag is about to be Leverkusen new manager... I can't give it as good news honestly. If he continues the same as he did at Manchester United then get ready for a big downfall. At least he would win DFB Pokals though! 
Eric Ten Hag is not a bad coach at Manchester United, the players were part of his problems at the club, Bayern Leverkusen players is not gonna make his job hard for him but if he can also sign more talented players to the team, it will help him to manage the team without much problems.
