It makes no sense if Manchester United should just sack that Man. At least we all agreed that he needed time, and he was focusing on the Europa league which he took them to the final. There was never a guarantee that he was going to win the Europa league. So they should give him some credit for the unbeaten run on their way to the final. They should back the Man in the transfer window and let him build his team. If they sack the Man now there will be no justification for his sacking. The team was already 14th in the premier league before he took over, he did his best, but it didn't work at his first trial. So let Manchester United allow him the same amount of time they gave to Eric Ten Hag and see how he transform the club. But let's hope he doesn't send them to relegation while trying to transform the club next season.
I don't think that they'll sack Amorim, remember that before he came he told the board that he needs to come during the summer but they insisted that it's either then or never so he had to seize the opportunity to coach Manchester United and take up the challenge half way, which was why they gave him a long-term contract with assurance to back him during this summer, I don't think INEOS would go against their words and sack him like the did with Erik Ten Hag, moreover winning the Europea League wasn't a lifeline to continue staying at Manchester United, this coming season would be Amorim's debut season so his judgment would start from then, and if he fails to finish in the top 6 or quality for an European competition then I feel the management would have no choice but to sack him, but for now Amorim retains his job, he's already told his players after they lost in the Europea League final.
Correct,
Ruben Amorim is reported to still have the support of Manchester United top brass despite failing to present the Europa League trophy, which means the Portuguese manager will be retained for next season. I think Manchester United could fire him, because Ruben Amorim is also reported not to ask for any compensation, but that seems like a betrayal. Manchester United room to maneuver in the transfer market will be limited, Ruben Amorim may not be able to build the depth of his dream squad, but by only focusing on domestic competitions, The Red Devils may not have too much difficulty. If next season Ruben Amorim has not been able to change the situation, his dismissal is inevitable.
