And here we go!
Xabi Alonso is about to start his new job soon. He has already sent his lists for the kind of players he would like to sign to Real Madrid as far as I know. If he applies an attacking game with high pressure successfully there too then we can watch a completely new Real Madrid next season.

By the way Erik ten Hag is about to be Leverkusen new manager... I can't give it as good news honestly. If he continues the same as he did at Manchester United then get ready for a big downfall. At least he would win DFB Pokals though!

Congratulations to Xabi Alonso on becoming the manager of one of the biggest club in the world. But he should make no mistake, he should understand that with bigger position comes with bigger responsibilities and greater demands. Hope he understands the role he has stepped into is way bigger than were he came from, Bayer Leverkusen is not a demanding club as real Madrid. So he has to be prepared to battle with the top managers in the league and make sure that real Madrid are up where they belong. I like the young Man so much and I enjoyed what he did in Leverkusen, but I'm hoping to see something more spectacular in his Madrid team than we saw him did in Germany.
Xabi Alonso deserves the recognition he has gotten so far for becoming the new manager of the best team in the world, Xabi already know that he's going to face bigger challenges next season being the manager of Real Madrid, he has got to up his game plans, his tactics and formation to help him achieve a better result with the team.
Real Madrid as a team has young players with good qualities, having a young coach will help the team to become bigger and better I hope they develop more strength and ideas to win matches and trophies come next season, congratulations to him.
Xabi Alonso has shown us that he is a very good coach with his experience in Germany. He won the Bundesliga with Bayer Leverkusen and reached the final of the Europa League. They only suffered one defeat in a full season. That defeat was against Atalanta in the Europa League final. They performed well this year as well, but had to finish the league in second place behind Bayern Munich. Now he is managing a much stronger team. He is a player who knows this team well and is familiar with its expectations, as he was with Real Madrid in the past. I am sure he will give Real Madrid all the magic they need to win the championship.
