I believe that Erik Ten Hang will have a better season than Xavi Alonso. It is possible because Barcelona are still good and will continue to trash Real Madrid from next season.

He did pretty well with Ajax, won multiple trophies, had a good first season with Manchester United qualified them for the Champions league competition but had somethings not going his way likewise bad decision making and fighting the players loved by the fanbase. I will never blame a manager one hundred percent but we shouldn't forget the set of wacked players in that Manchester United squad.
Erik ten Hag is notba bad manager and at the same time, Ruben Amorim losing a finals doesn't mean he's a bad one too. He will do better next season
