Chelsea beat Forest in the PL to qualify for the Champions League. Now things could be more interesting. 
I mean I'm not sure if they will play as good as that match here.
They have only 2 days to rest for the finale. It is 4 days for Betis. Chelsea players would be more tired. I think Betis will have more chance to catch them by surprise in the current situation. Do you think the same as me?
In this regard yes, Betis will have the advantage as they will be fresher, while Chelsea had a match where they absolutely had to win. But I will tell you that the victory against Nottingham and securing a place in the Champions League is more important for Chelsea than winning the final of the Conference League. On the other hand, I think they also will not miss their chance to beat Betis. Betis are currently in worse form and against strong teams they play frankly poorly, so despite Chelsea possibly being more tired, I think they can win this final, although Betis are definitely not an easy team.
