Sooo, the only posts you've made are on signature campaign threads, you're not posting anything on the forum, zero contribution and you're wondering if you could have the neutral tags removed? Certainly not. If you don't show any effort, no one will even consider removing the neutral tag. Also, don't expect to be accepted on a campaign with zero post history, that's irrelevant to the AI usage itself.
He's been reported again but his account hasn't been nuked yet, which is surprising as most of these accounts are nuked. I'll give him a neutral tag just in case.
