Bitcoin has achieved for many people to own it, do transactions every day and appreciate it as a store of value, like it is known from Gold currently. Bitcoin is getting more and more accepted as a reliable store of value and it’s very important for Bitcoin to be in a good position to be an attractive store of value.
Many points are in favor of Bitcoin to be a good and reliable store of value even right now and it will get better over time anyways.
Just imagine when Bitcoin is 150 years old, where its price will be and how many people will possess any Bitcoin.

I don’t know why you thinking maybe bitcoin is going to die, but with things that bitcoin has passed through and didn’t die, then I don’t really think anything is going to happen to bitcoin for now. Bitcoin is getting more adoption on a daily basis, and bitcoin price is increasing gradually, but time will come that bitcoin price might not really be increasing again, time will come when bitcoin volatility is going to reduce, but am sure that’s not going to happen now.
I don’t even know how massive bitcoin price is going to be in the next 20 years, the 150 years which you mentioned is too much. Some people are scared that bitcoin price is already to high, and they don’t really want to invest in bitcoin again, but if you can leave bitcoin for like 10-20 years, then you going to know that bitcoin price is still low right now.
