I don't know but it really seems this is a season for the underdogs. Some few break throughs were achieved by some teams that we thought wouldn't have. Newcastle surprised us by beating Liverpool to win the Carling cup, Bologna shocked AC Milan and defeated them in the Coppa Italia final. Harry Kane ended his 16 years without a trophy to finally win one and add his name among trophy winners. Crystal Palace against all odds beat Manchester City to lift their first ever major trophy, Son finally lifted his first ever trophy with Tottenham after so many years of waiting. Season of the underdogs, well expect Bayern Munich, lol.
Title challengers refer to their season as a whole and Underdogs refer to one game, but at the end of the season, Title challengers become losers. lol
And when we tell people mid-season that this season is the season for underdogs, they think we're speaking in tongues. Football is so unpredictable 😂
It's a breakthrough season for all underdogs, this is fair. Let's wait for the Champions League final.
