What do you think about user Mastercon? I noticed this user sometimes create off-topic reply while the reply itself appear to be well-written. For example,

1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5536415.msg65402054#msg65402054 doesn't answer any of OP question, where i asked about it on below reply.
2. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5544578.msg65422227#msg65422227 describe why exchange may ban certain country. But the thread topic is about asking member help to make exchange stop ban Syria.

He also created 4 thread this week, but doesn't make any reply to it. So i suspect this user use AI/chatbot and doesn't bother to review whether the generated text is on-topic.
