Your analysis is flawed. If you want to look at it that way, PSG also eliminated Liverpool, which happens to be the English champion. However, none of this is important. The final game is a feature between two good teams and a winner will emerge. Inter Milan may have the edge because it has won it before and has more experience in the competition, but PSG has also been amazing this season and I'm not writing them off.
PSG is aiming for its first UCL title. They play in a different way. Luis Enrique has made a lot of changes to the way they play. In the last few matches I saw that. They play more collectively. But I see Dembele has more of a role, so inter might be able to shut him down. Also Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Desire Doue are key to success. Luis Enrique managed to make PSG's player rotation pattern better. They are very dominant in the league and provide easy conditions for the UCL. Inter have the edge in experience, they have enjoyed finals in several UCL periods. So I think it's still quite difficult to guess at the moment.
