While you are right, different areas have different cost of living. On the other hand, if 10$ is a lot of money for a person maybe he/she shouldn't play poker online against people where it isn't.
Also, the fees don't matter for the min withdrawal amount since the player is covering those withdrawal fees, not the site. I guess you don't know that.
You are right, I didn't know that the player pays the fee when withdrawing. But you are the one who brought it up so I thought that SwC covers the fee. As for the first part of your post, I don't want to get into why someone is playing poker and how much money he/she spends on it. I was just stating the fact that $10 is not worth the same in every part of the world.
