England Women won all of the three matches and won the T20 series by 3-0. In the last match also it was an easy win for the England Women against the West Indies Women. Although the start by the England team was a bit shaky where they lost two wickets at 21 runs only but then Heather Knight played a responsible 66 runs innings and that helped reach a total which they defended quite easily.
The West Indies women's batsmen did not perform well in this series, due to which the West Indies women were whitewashed. However, England women scored 144 runs batting first in the 3rd match, now the target of 145 runs was not a huge target. West Indies women had a chance to win in the 3rd match but West Indies women could not win. No other batsman could perform well except Hayley Matthews of the West Indies women's team, Hayley Matthews performed brilliantly in the 1st and 3rd matches, he scored a century in the 1st match and scored 71 off 54 balls in the 3rd match. If any batsman other than Hayley Matthews could have performed well in the 3rd match, West Indies women could have won the 3rd match.
