Those are good selections, they make assessments & selections based on the statistical data of the players on the field this season. Those names deserve to be there. Didn't expect teams like Villarreal & Rayo Vallecano to be there. I think the big teams might be interested in getting Cardinal or Ratiu in the next transfer window.
