We cannot just recover the funds and add it to your balance.
I have been trying to request a payout for weeks now.
On May 19, I looked for help here in Forum.Betboltxbt told me that someone would get back to me. Nothing has happened.
On May 23, I tried again to ask for help.
Three days later, no news.
So far I have nothing positive to report... I hope it all gets sorted out.
