At first, Cesc Fàbregas' name was rumoured with Leverkusen. But later on he stated no intention to leave Como soon. It was interesting to hear though because I thought he would like to take the opportunity.

Erik ten Hag is one of the worst options I could have imagined honestly. At least after watching him manage Manchester United.
When it comes to competing hard against Bayern Munich, I'm not expectant. Xabi Alonso is much better than him in many ways.
Leverkusen seems keen to repeat its success with a Spanish manager, with Cesc Fabregas considered to have the potential to follow in Xabi Alonso footsteps. Fabregas decision to stay with Como, however, has led Leverkusen to shift its attention to Ten Hag. I think Ten Hag still has something to offer, even though many doubt him due to his poor performance with Manchester United. With Leverkusen, Ten Hag might achieve a lot of success, allowing him to rebuild his reputation.
Bayern Munich will, of course, always be the main competitor in the Bundesliga, so Ten Hag task is clearly not as easy as it seems. Next season, Dortmund might also join the title challenge, making the competition for the trophy even more competitive. Ten Hag approach in the transfer market, as an effort to rebuild squad depth, will determine Leverkusen journey next season, not only in the Bundesliga but also in the Champions League.
