If an AI version of us could be taught on our beliefs habits and decision making style it could actually handle things very closely to how we would.  It might become a sort of digital executor administering bitcoin according to our instructions. The problem would be in making sure the AI actually understands humans and that the setup is secure and legally acknowledged but maybe if done well, it could be smarter than just giving over everything to someone who may not value what we achieved.
