It's so unfortunate that nowadays people no longer settle common issues amicably without seeing the Law court as their plan "B" .
Whereas during the days of our four father's, some issues were settled traditionally even without going to court, and by the end of it all positive results were achieve.
It's quite sad.
Perhaps, environment matters a lot in issues like this. Where I grew up, even until this moment they normally settle issues in a traditional way be it land dispute, debt recovery, marriage and divorce etc. In fact, they see court as corrupt and bias institutions that favor the rich when issues are taken to their table.
Court cases is only common in cities where everyone claims to be smart and educated but in a remote environment, they unanimously agree to settle disputes in a long known traditional way and both parties involved normally agree with the resolution.
