The watch and notify buttons on top and bottom of each page can be improved.

Currently behavior:

Click it: "Watch or unwatch this topic?" OK.
unwatch
Click it: "Watch or unwatch this topic?" OK.

notify
Click it: "Are you sure you wish to enable notification of new replies for this topic?" OK.
notify
Click it: Are you sure you wish to disable notification of new replies for this topic?" OK.

Expected behavior:
