Nobody we doubt that this unknown coach has restored back the glory of Chelsea. He came in when the club was in deep shit. They were facing a management crisis, and the club signed many unwanted players. The coach had to face the arduous task of cutting down the players to a manageable size. Leading the Blues to the UCL is already a remarkable feat. Winning the Conference League today will be an addition to his already-attained success. With this level of performance, he has established himself as one of the best coaches in Europe.
Enzo Maresca's performance this season is indeed worthy of appreciation, he has been quite successful in making changes to Chelsea this season regardless of what happens in the final later but it must be admitted that Enzo Maresca has very good qualities as a coach and the management's decision to make significant changes to the Chelsea team has also been quite successful in the last few seasons.
