I think OP really understands those of us who trade on the market for more than 8 hours every day when it comes to mental health. Because the tension that continues every time we open a position and our position is filled sometimes makes us even hold our breath, especially when the market moves not in accordance with what we previously analyzed. Usually because there is a change in market sentiment due to news that suddenly impacts the market.

But I disagree with points 2 and 3.

Because if we understand the market and trading well then we can enjoy our trading more every day. People who cannot enjoy trading are those who usually only have the ambition to get rich quickly from trading and then they find the reality is not as expected.

Crypto trading is the same as trading on the real market. Sometimes we make a profit and sometimes we don't. However, that doesn't mean we have to be bored with our work, but we have to change our strategy and atmosphere so that it doesn't get boring. In fact, I actually feel like I'm addicted to trading. Where I feel uncomfortable when I don't see some of my monitors which continue to show charts in real time.

And for the third point, it is precisely because we have tried almost all the existing exchanges that we understand better which exchanges are trustworthy and which are not. So when we get used to trading on an exchange, we will start to forget even security itself. Sometimes I forget not to withdraw my balance after finishing trading. because comfort comes after we trade there every day. But because I am aware that unexpected things can happen. So mostly I withdraw my USDT after finishing trading to my personal wallet.
