40 satoshi is the highest base reward from the hourly faucet now. It isn't possible to get the maximum increased base reward for a long time without having a big wager in the past. Judging from your post history, it doesn't look like you have taken the risk to wager a big amount on Freebitco. So, there is only one question spinning in my head.
