Cases like this happen a lot, it's all because of the desire to get money quickly. Gambling should not be the main medium for finding money even though we see some people who can gamble for a living. I can relate to those 2 people, because I experienced it in the first place (not about suicide).

Suicide is not a way, every problem should have a way out, even if it takes a lot of time & energy. For the person in the second case, there's no punishment that is appropriate for him, it will definitely make him more depressed, giving moral support is the first thing to give him.
