Some of the listed sites doesn't contain any kind informations. No KYC requirements nor the withdrawal time. Better fix those.
At the same time, I don't see why the user needs to provide their telegram/discord account in order to contact you guys. The platform should have their own user support like telegram, discord, simpleX, social media handle or forum representative like the one here, etc. I believe it's better that way!
