He doesn't need to change anything in his game, all he just have to do is to add physicality to his game, because we all have seen that since he started featuring for our super eagles, we just can point at any point in time when he was actually doing well in the colors of our super eagles, his best playing form is mostly at Bayern Leverkusen, while in our super eagles team he has greatly under perform, and by watching at him, it mostly boils down to how physical African football is, so if he can adjust his physicality, I believe that he is going to do well with time.
Can we give him the benefit of not having enough playing time in the Nigerian squad as to why his performance is like this? He really plays better in the club side and was one of the talisman in them winning their first ever Bundesliga title last season. Maybe he should be giving more playing time even if he’s not in the starting lineup up because he can’t bench Osimhen to be started as the main striker of the super eagles football team. He possess some physical ability which will really help the national team if he applies most of that in the game when give the chance to play. I still think highly of him as a good player and have the believe that this present super eagles squad has all the best players they need in all positions and not lacking in their positions.
