This final was like a different game in both halves. Real Betis managed to end the first half ahead with a great goal, and it seems that Chelsea will have a difficult second half. Who could imagine the outcome! Palmer was simply great in the second half and changed the game entirely. IMO the MVP by far. Big congrats to Chelsea, they wrote history by lifting all the European trophies.
I wasn't surprised with the way the first half was going, it's how things has been this season but I won't lie that I was a little bit scared there but I had some faith with my team. Chelsea is a second half team and we showed that today. This trophies isn't the biggest there's to win but this little achievement means alot to the young players in the squad.
With this trophy, we can then move ahead to challenge for other trophy. Chelsea is heading to the Fifa club world cup and that's should be the next target for the coach. We need just few signings and everything has been sorted. Big congratulations to Chelsea, they fought from behind and still scored 4 goals. Cucurella made sure Anthony couldn't do any of his magic, he was the real MVP for me.
