I know the results of friendly matches are always random, but I find them very beneficial and fun. There's nothing wrong with betting $1 on them because you can get good odds if you're lucky. For example, Man United lost today against ASEAN All-Stars. The odds were quite big for ASEAN All-Stars. Imagine getting 4x profit from a small bet.

Well, this comes as no surprise to me. As much as I'd like to bet on them like you do, I won't as it doesn't fit my betting style. I will just wait till regular season return or I might gamble on Fifa Club World Cup for the first time. Club friendlies are not worth it for me simply because most teams have no incentives to win those games.  It kind of reminds me about how Liverpool didn't win any game after confirmation of their EPL title win because there were no incentives to win game afterwards so you can just do the bare minimum and still be good.
friendly matches are completely trial matches and teams that want to test players sometimes get surprises. That's why betting on friendly matches is very risky or if you are going to play you should play surprise matches and play low amounts. I like betting more when the season starts. Because then it is a bit more balanced.

yes I agree with you, I almost never play friendly matches, because they are unstable matches, which can change from one moment to another, I also remember many years ago there were some very strange and exotic friendlies I dare say, I remember an Umbria-Brazil, in Italy where the Umbria region of Italy won against Brazil who then played the World Cup, the almanacs write May 28, 1990, Top Umbria-Brazil 1-0, so betting on these events is quite dangerous Grin
