In this two cases, what would you advice? i
Is it really justifiable for someone to commit suicide for this kind of situation and what should be the punishment of the second person that was rescued?
No punishment, the only thing there is to make him pay the money that was in his custody maybe, he would be asked to pay interest right from the very first day the money was used to gamble, with this I don't think he would ever think of going to touch someone money to gamble or anything that was placed under his or her custody to gamble anymore. That is for the second person, while the first person who succeeded taking his life, he has a relative or family member whom they would meet for repayment, as I have seen someone who takes loan for his medical treatment but at the process he didn't survive illness and he died, there relative was meet to make refund of the money, at this point there was some consideration where the interest was wipe away instead they asked them to pay the capital.
