I think it all depends on our economic situation, because a poor person can play and have fun, not with large amounts of money but with what he can afford to lose, even if it means playing only with 5usd but he will enjoy those moments to the fullest, for me nothing else is needed but to know what we are getting into and how we should bet according to our situation, if we are clear about that there is no need to be rich to play in a casino.

Yeah, and local online casinos today do accept a low amount as a minimum bet. For example, here in the Philippines, we do have BingoPlus, one of the known online casinos licensed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Some games do accept a 1 peso bet ($0.018), and other slot providers do have a lower minimum amount, which is 0.50 peso.

A person doesn't need to be rich to play those slot games and might win a large amount if they suddenly get lucky in just a few rolls.

Even how small the amount if there are many gamblers that will wager the same value then it can still turned to a million profits for the house, you don't need to be rich nowaday to play or to gamble just need to allocates enough spare budget and you'll be able to enjoy yourself, just make sure to have that self limitation and apply it out to prevent exceeding from your set budget..
