It would be almost impossible to accept any scam accusation purely on the basis of what one person states without providing any evidence. Unless the OP provides something tangible it would be impossible for him to get any support. Having said that, the accused has put his own statement forward to counter the allegations.

The best solution for now would be to simply lock the thread.
