The UK government appears dead set on fumbling a bag of 61,000 BTC.

Though they use other excuses but critically studying the letter, their refusal to approve a bitcoin strategic reserve is not unconnected to bitcoin as a decentralised asset unlike other centralized assets which the UK foreign exchange policies supports. Similarly like Arizona , the UK are clearly missing out on the bitcoin opportunity too. Interesting.
