At first, Cesc Fàbregas' name was rumoured with Leverkusen. But later on he stated no intention to leave Como soon. It was interesting to hear though because I thought he would like to take the opportunity.

Erik ten Hag is one of the worst options I could have imagined honestly. At least after watching him manage Manchester United.
When it comes to competing hard against Bayern Munich, I'm not expectant. Xabi Alonso is much better than him in many ways.
Cesc Fàbregas' gets an owner which can give him everything. Kinda stupid if he leaves from Como just to join at Leverkusen. That's why i have been doubting him to leave ever since the rumor about him appeared.
He can get great funding to strengthen his como squad, and obviously less pressure than what he will receive at Bayern. It's such good a move by him to stay.
As for Leverkuen, appointing Ten Hag as a new coach is their best. Calling someone who won two trophies on two season as the worst option is not acceptable.
What about appointing someone who never won a trophy before. Will you call it as a terrible option?
Even though Cesc Fabregas is not coaching Como, which is owned by a rich man, it is not even right for Cesc Fabregas to be in a hurry to leave Como and join Bayer Leverkusen because he just started his coaching career, and Cesc Fabregas needs to stay at Como and gain more experience about coaching so that he can be able to perform well in any club he will coach next.
