Well, maybe the Poor also includes those who are trying to get out of the current economic conditions too, after all it's said that in the nearest future there will be nothing like the middle class, it's going to be just the category of the poor and rich...those that are able to feed but still struggle financially will be categorized as been poor as well..but I get your point, the advice is needed by everyone trying to change their status quo
