I have never been blocked. Where did you get that from? It's the first time in my life that a casino has stolen money from me. And it's chips.gg. It's the casino that ignores me and doesn't respond to my messages. I think they just turned into scammers. I opened a casino guru. There are complaints. And chips.gg does not respond to this
I have looked through the different complaints on Casinoguru about them, but I can't seem to get yours, or perhaps you haven't yet made one?
If you haven't, it might be worth a shot too, and please let us know when you do for proper follow up. In the older complaints, they appear to reply to them and their safety index is still above average. So all hope is not lost.
