I am supporting and expecting Paris Saint-Germain to win this long awaited game.
First, PSG odds to win the game are hovering between 2.2 and 2.3 versus Inter Milan between 3.4 and 3.5. Second, PSG really need this title more than Inter Milan. Third, there will be surely a big rewards for PSG players if they win it and they will be the heroes of the nation.
I'm rooting for PSG but I can say both teams deserves it, their efforts has been commendable and it means a lot to both teams. Both has experienced defeat in the UCL finals within the last five seasons of the UCL.
I guess in the next five seasons, one of them will make it to another final again and that maybe PSG or both.

The odds are high on every angle but like you said BTTS is the safest bet and I support that bet.
