Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the players who should be considering retirement, not the next club to move to. He is of age and has nothing else to prove in football, hence my reason. I don't think it is a plan for Ronaldo to play again in Saudi; maybe a move elsewhere will interest him.
I think there's a rumour saying he already got a short-term contract to play in the CWC? Not sure if that's reliable. Whether he should retire or not really depends on what he thinks tbh. I mean, outsiders can't really feel what he feels, so if there is still an offer for his service, I think it's fine if he continues playing. I doubt a club offers him a contract without knowing that he's old, probably will play less time, demands a high salary, and so on.
Take note that any team going for the signature of cristiano Ronaldo now with his current age is not going for his signature because of the goals they are expecting him to score, no. They are going for his signature because of his brand, they knows that he can make a whole lot of money for them commercially, so they all know this that's why they are still scrambling for his signature even though he is 40 years old right now.
Though am not sure if fifa can strike the short term deal with him, for him to appears in the club world cup, but one thing I know very well is that he will renew his contract with Al Nassr either by a year or more.
