Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the players who should be considering retirement, not the next club to move to. He is of age and has nothing else to prove in football, hence my reason. I don't think it is a plan for Ronaldo to play again in Saudi; maybe a move elsewhere will interest him.
I think there's a rumour saying he already got a short-term contract to play in the CWC? Not sure if that's reliable. Whether he should retire or not really depends on what he thinks tbh. I mean, outsiders can't really feel what he feels, so if there is still an offer for his service, I think it's fine if he continues playing. I doubt a club offers him a contract without knowing that he's old, probably will play less time, demands a high salary, and so on.
Actually his age is not a problem because he still has very good abilities on the field, it's just that his expensive salary is a barrier for clubs that want to recruit him, if his salary is not big I'm sure he is still being fought over by many big clubs and maybe he can still play in Europe again and have no difficulty going anywhere at this time he still wants to continue playing football but unfortunately many clubs object.
I thought after his contract at Al Nassr was over he would decide to retire but it turns out he has not thought about retiring.
