Is the pre monthly bonus labelled as VIP bonus? Just login to my account but what I see is VIP bonus, not pre monthly bonus. No weekly bonus too today, as I received the weekly bonus few days ago. Does it mean that the weekly bonus is not sent on the same date for all players because you received it today while I received it few days ago?
In my email the title Pre-Monthly Bonus while in your screenshot mentioned it is an Exclusive Bonus so we have different bonuses even though they sent on the same day, I'm sure it's related to your recent activities and I know you are actively playing at several casinos including here, right? $16 is pretty good for your level, I think Silver too.
For this weekly bonus I don't know exactly when they send it, I haven't login for almost a month, after seeing the email about Pre-Monthly then I checked my account and saw 2 bonuses ready to be claimed. Because usually the weekly bonus is distributed on Thursday-Friday then I thought the weekly bonus for this period had already out, yeah that's just my guess.
