It would seem obvious that spending a few minutes to read the ToS on the casino site is better than in the case of any problems trying to prove something and fix it, spending a lot of time and nerves.
As for VPN, it is surely better to clarify with the support service. However, it should be noted that sometimes the answer support service on the approval of the use of VPN can contradict what is written in the casino's rules.
Unfortunately people are too lazy to read and instead blame the casino when something happens like account suspension or blocking. Reading the ToS on the site does not take much time but this is something that is often overlooked by most people. You can refer to the one that contradicts what is written in the rules because I am sure they have the answer for that and there should be no difference regarding the clarification service with the rules written in the casino, or maybe I missed something about this issue.
