There was time when Bitcointalk.org forum had several bugs in merit system after its kick-off but it has been years without any bugs reported since then. Today is a first time after many years, there is a report on merit system bug, and I guess theymos did something behind the scene for changing merit system or it is technical things from somewhere else. I am keen on a first assumption but let's wait for theymos to appear and confirm his changes, tests or anything else.
